| How do I print my certificates?
|
| Click on My Stuff in the Top Navigation bar
Click on My Certificates in the Left Navigation Area
Click on the type of certificate for the course you are looking for
The certificate will come up. Either click on the Print Certificate link or right
click on the right hand side of the certificate and select Print from the menu that pops up |

| How do I take a test?
|
| From the homepage, you can click on Take a test, and either browse through all the tests or enter a courseid in the Search Button. Or you can select Programs/Courses, click on a Program, click on the course you are looking for, and then you will see a link for that particular course. |

| How do I search for programs/courses with specific type of credits?

| From the homepage, you can select Programs/Courses. Then click on the CEU drop down box and select a credit type, then you will only see Programs or Courses that offer the type of credits you selected. |

Click on Personal Information on the Left Navigation area
Change your address
Hit Save

| Can I view a Live Event as a group? And if so, how do I do that?
|
Yes, you can. To register your site with multiple participants follow these instructions:
Prerequisites: All participants must have an account on the CE-TODAY or CME-TODAY website in order to be registered for and attend the Web Workshop.
Prior to site registration, please have all participants go to www.ce-today.com or www.cme-today.com to create an account. Use the "Register Now" button on the right hand side of the screen to create an account.
Once all participants have accounts with CE-TODAY or CME-TODAY:
1) Register for the event (You must attend the event in order for the site participants to receive certificates.)
2) Select your reminder options and Click Done.
3) Click on "Viewing Event in a Group?"
4) Enter participants email addresses in the box provided.
NOTE: THe email addresses you enter must already have an account. (See prerequisites above)
5) Email addresses will be verified. If all addresses are valid, click on the link to close the window. Otherwise, review and edit the list, then submit again.
6) You will get an email confirming those people that you just registered, and you will also receive a link to add or remove participants.

| Can't submit my answers for the Vignette Courses. What do I need to do?
|
Due to the added securities to the Flash Player application, we are required to create a configuration file in your system. - If you are running Windows, when you insert the CD, you will be prompted to write the configuration file. You need to respond OK, in order to let us create the file and be able to submit the answers.
- If you are in a MAC, when you insert the CD and you double click on the CD icon, double click on the MACStart.app file. It will ask you if we can write the configuration file in your system. Once you say OK, we'll be able to submit the answers.
